Dr. David Nguyen
Dr. Nguyen was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He completed his undergraduate degree at Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Florida where he majored in Pre-Medicine. He graduated from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas in 2013. Since then, Dr. Nguyen has been serving the community of Frisco, and the surrounding areas, and their dental needs. He enjoys getting to know his patients and looks forward to ensuring that they receive exceptional dental care.
Dr. Nguyen and his wife, Sarah, have three children: Katelyn, Savannah, and Adam. When he isn’t practicing dentistry, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, coaching his son’s baseball team, and serving in the high school and grade school ministries at his church.
Dr. Kristen Drinkwater
Dr. Kristen Drinkwater grew up in San Jose, California, until her family relocated to Austin, Texas in 2005. She is a 2014 alumnus of Baylor University where she majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry and Music. She continued to complete her Master’s of Biomedical Sciences (MBS) and Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) at Midwestern University, Arizona and returned to Texas in May 2020. During school, Dr. Drinkwater received many honors including the Digital Dentistry Awards, Spirit of Service Scholarship, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy Certificate of Merit. She values putting her patients first and prioritizing their dental concerns and needs to better serve them through treatment.Outside of dentistry, Dr. Drinkwater is still an avid Baylor Bears fan, especially cheering for the Golden Wave Marching Band during football season. She plays the piano, flute and piccolo and is hoping to find a community ensemble to join soon. She likes to play computer games, listen to music, swim, and spend time with her fiance and 3 dogs: Benji, Barley, and Mochi. They are always looking for new places to explore and eat, especially with all the options available in the Frisco area.
Dr. Rachel Moon
Dr. Moon was born and raised in South Korea, until her family moved to the United States and settled in a small town of Pennsylvania when she was 14 years old. She completed her undergraduate degree at Temple University where she majored in Chemistry and minored in Mathematics, graduating magna cum laude. Dr. Moon received her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2012. While in school, she was a member of the Stomatognathic Honor Society. After practicing dentistry in suburban Pennsylvania for 10 years, Dr. Moon moved to the DFW Metroplex, seeking warmer weather. She is excited to be a part of a great community of Frisco.
Outside of work, Dr. Moon enjoys reading, baking and doing exercises such as yoga and weight lifting. She also loves doing volunteer work and has been involved with mission of mercy in Pennsylvania for years. She hopes to continue volunteering her time for underserved communities in Texas. Currently, Dr. Moon resides in McKinney with her husband, her daughter and the family dog, Lily.
Dr. Jenny Min
Dr. Jenny Min grew up in many different places until she moved to Texas. Originally from South Korea, she relocated to New York City to complete her undergraduate studies at NYU and earned degrees in Chemistry and Psychology. She then moved to California, where she completed her Doctorate in Dental Surgery(DDS) at UCSF. After dental school, she completed a one year internship at UCSF Moffit Hospital/SFGH Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. She practiced dentistry in Orange County, CA for several years before relocating with her family to Frisco, TX. She loves connecting with patients to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome.
When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Min loves to try different cuisines, travel and golf. She would love to make it to St. Andrews someday!
Dr. Caleb Mangum
Dr. Mangum began his dental career over 10 years ago. Starting out as a sterilization technician, Dr. Mangum worked his way up to certified dental assistant while attaining his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of New Mexico. After undergrad, Dr. Mangum attended Western University of Health Sciences in California where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. While in dental school, Dr. Mangum was on the Dean’s list and participated in the Sports Dentistry Club. In order to provide quality treatment options for patients, Dr. Mangum understands the importance of keeping up to date with dental technology and materials and is actively pursuing continuing education classes.
Dr. Mangum was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After graduating from dental school, the Mangum family decided to follow their generational roots and move to Texas. In 2014, Dr. Mangum married his wife Nicole. They stay busy chasing around their two young children, Hudson and Nora, and Maverick their golden retriever. Dr. Mangum is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing softball, basketball, and football. He is also a lifelong fan of the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys.
